"I have been here around 3 years now and I am very pleased with my experience here over that course of time. Management is very prompt about sending out alerts, or giving notice for entry, or telling us when one of the lots will be repaved or whatever. Debbie is always super nice whenever I happen to see her in person. The old maintenance person was rather bad at their job but the new one they've got is doing great and it very courteous when entering. They also are quick to answer my questions (and do so in a way that doesn't make me feel dumb for asking). Whenever I have an item of concern, they are out within the week. They also are really good about taking care of the property. The lawn is kept up with, mulch and gardening is done every spring, I've never seen any trash laying about either. They scrape and clear the lots and sidewalks as best as possible in winter, and are quick to get on problem spots if they're pointed out. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around, but I am used to that by now. My floor neighbors, I can't hear at all. Which feels like a great statement to the wall muffling. The plumbing can get pretty loud, but that's kind of a standard thing too by this point. There's faint highway noise from 275, and you can hear trains sometimes, but otherwise it's quiet back here. It feels cozy to me. Above all, the rent price feels worth what I get out of living here in my 2 bedroom, and this place comes recommended."

"i've lived here for 2 years now and will re-sign for another year this spring. the area is safe and quiet. perfect for anyone, i've never had an issue with noise, or difficult neighbors or anything at all. the staff are great, they have a pest company come and spray every few months as a precaution. any issues i've had have been taken care of quickly. it's affordable and the apartment is comfortable and nice and updated and i couldn't ask for a better place to live. i feel like if you are a decent person you'll get the same in return. pet friendly."
