Reserve at Grand Valley

"We like living at the Reserve at Grand Valley. There were a couple of things that maintenance needed to fix when we first moved in. We put the work request in, and the repair person came the next day and took care of the fixes that needed to be made. The apartment complex has a business agreement with GreenWay Waste and Recycling. My wife and I had to send a few emails to management about opting out of the GreenWay service. Other than that, it has been a good experience at the Reserve thus far. The signing agent is very friendly and professional. The maintenance person is persistent and has an interest in fixing the things that need to be fixed in the apartment. We are grateful to the Town Properties workers. "I've lived here for 4+ years and have never had any issues. Safe, quiet area. The current management has done a great job with the property and they're quick to respond to issues (though I have had very few mind you). The leasing staff are very friendly. So far it's been great!"

"I've lived here for almost a year now. I Think the new Management has definitely done an amazing job at improving the quality of these apartments and the care as well. I love the design and style of my apartment and I've never had any issues with neighbors. They keep the halls clean and well maintained, and even bring my packages upstairs for me and I live on the third floor. The apartment buildings are locked and prevent access to unwanted guests. I appreciate all the work they have put into these apartments to make them great! And I feel very comfortable even walking around late at night as they have lights everywhere. Thanks!"

"There is a stark and steep contrast of the amount of care and attention to detail that goes into maintenance and making this place a good place to live from now and the time that I got here. When I first got here, things were an absolute mess, the maintenance man didn’t care, and nobody answered the phone. But now The maintenance man is here within an hour. If anything goes wrong someone is always there to answer my phone call. Quite frankly they have cleaned this place up. They should be very proud of themselves from taking a hovel, and turning it into a five star resort of a place to live. 100% believe with all my heart that if you’re thinking about moving to the Milford area this is the place for you!"

"My fiancé and I recently moved in and we love it so far! Super friendly staff and neighbors in our building. The apartment has a very homey vibe with nice colors that give it some contrast. Our cat and dog love the place as well!"
