"I've lived here for 4 years and hate to go but a better opportunity presented itself. Under the new management, which lives on site, and the maintenance crew this place is great! Bob the manager is very easy to work with and has a great grasp on the property. If you have any maintenance issues they are quick to assess what needs to be done and take care of the problem. The property is situated far enough from the highway that you don't have the noise but it is still very easily accessible. Plenty of things to do local to the property including shops, park, the little Miami River and the bike trail. If your looking for somewhere with reasonable rent in a good location this is it."
"We lived at 6 Robbie ridge from march 2017 til. Sept 2018. They raised the rent from 575/month to 625 as soon as our lease expired. Bugs lived in the hallway, as well as old wasp nests that they never bothered to clean out. They would never answer the phone or have any management on site, so their voicemail was always full. This meant that we had to deal with a yellowjacket infestation for over a month before they called anyone to have the nest sprayed. We killed easily a dozen a day at the height of the problem. When they finally sent someone to spray, on BOTH occasions they failed to give us advanced warning and let themselves in. The first spray was unsuccessful. The second spray was unsuccessful.
