"Everytime I come here my sandwich is ALWAYS cold. Hot egg & meat with cold cheese and bread. Makes sense I guess. Drinks are never consistent. Donuts are always crusty. Crazy."

"Terrible service, it took 3 times for them to get a simple order correct, the fact that they were staffed correctly and had plenty of people with very little customers you'd believe that they wouldn't have any issues but the children you could say that were working had no concept of what they were doing"

"First of all the drinks weren't even right. The lady asked me to pull up in the front even though it's a drive through. She screamed at me telling me I wasted her f-ing time. Bad experience so I told her to give me my money & receipt back she never did. So I don't even know if I'm going to get my money back . Worst experience ever at a coffee shop."

"I ordered 'a' Avocado toast & register girl said, '2?' OK, I'll take '2' with bread "very" toasted & a Turkey sausage, cheese muffin & toast that muffin well! The other girl says She will make them. I go over & WATCH her. She "never toasted" the bread, ONLY warmed it!? Then proceeds to NOT use ALL of the guacamole 'in' the small cup. Only enough to 'cover' the bread, even after I told her to use ALL of it! I paid for it! I showed the other girl the uncooked bread 'then' she says "Do you want it Redone?" Really? After the OTHER 3 "watched her" screw this up!! Purposeful ignoring 'TOAST THE BREAD' well!! The floors are 'very' dirty & there are few breads & donuts & most coffees were not available!"

"You guys did a great job this morning. I expected to wait atleast 15 minutes on 2 dozen donuts and a coffee, and I got through the drive thru in 2 minutes. The coffee was great and the staff was super friendly."
