Aloft Cleveland Airport

"Twice at the location this month. Nice comfortable rooms. Staff just ok, Others on staff extremely nice and helpful. Shuttle claims to run every 15 minutes however it actually only comes to the airport when you call or they are dropping off someone. They didn't accommodate changing the shuttle time saying no one signed up for that time. The shuttle was actually sitting outside running but they didn't leave for almost 30 minutes. Such a waste of gasoline! The shuttle bus sits so high off the ground they need a step stool but dont offer one. It is a injury waiting to happen. I probably wouldn't frequent this location again because of the inconsistency."

"A very clean, modern and well lit hotel. Breakfast looks way better than a typical continental. Gym is spacious and clean. My favorite touch is the Dry Bar shampoo/conditioner/lotion"

"Had to share our latest experience. Came home from a trip and my mother's knee was to the point that she could barely walk. Camille noticed and quickly grabbed a wheelchair and brought my mom to her room in it. She was working the front desk and stopped everything to help her. Much thanks Camille! She also doubles as the bar manager and makes incredible old fashions. People like this are RARE these days. She is lovely and appreciated by our family very much. I would stay here for her kindness alone. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfy. Check it out."

"Second time at an aloft. Again, great value, room was very neat, warmer this time upon entry but it cooled down quick with the AC turned down. The shower again was fantastic. I really like the big shower heads. It was definitely a good stay here. Front desk people are great!"

"Place was clean and well appointed. I especially liked all of the charging outlets around the room. The walls/doors are thin! Cleaners were making a racket early in the morning. So if I stay here again it’s definitely earplugs. Other than that it’s a great choice!"
