They are accessable and understanding especially the assistant manager Shemika. We have lived here for just over a year and moving in was the best decision we've ever made."

"The leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing! They work hard to make the buildings nice and are very friendly. I’ve lived in many apartments over the years and have never encountered better staff than here. They even threw a Halloween party for the residents! It’s a great area to live by too, sidewalks everywhere and places to walk."

"I've been living here for 10 years and this is the best it's been! I love it here! We're getting alot of updates! Everything is looking beautiful! We're getting new windows, doors and appliances! Everything is being updated! The new maintenance guys are great! Things get taken care of! I do have to say that we have a wonderful property manager (Kim) that not only works here but also cares for her tenants! So a big shout out to her for making things happen! If you're looking for a nice place to live, this is it! ♥️"

"Looks are definitely deceiving. Be aware that what you see online is NOT what you get! I worked out a lease online from Florida…thinking the images online were what I was getting. It was definitely a bait and switch. The interior of my apartment is ok; semi renovated. The kitchen is nice and modern. The bathroom is the same old disgusting uneven and filthy tiles from years ago; painted over. The entrance to the unit is absolutely filthy. Unsanitary at best, dirty carpet, filthy walls and leaking roof. Probably a fire waiting to happen inside the main door is the breaker. The buzzers to the unit don’t work and we’ll just look at the photos and judge for yourself. I renewed my lease in April as the promises of property improvements and beautification were supposedly underway. Today is July 30. My building has not had a working washer for 4 months. That means days off are spent at the laundromat paying double to wash my clothes which are supposed to be a paid amenity of this community. No breaks…the opposite. Rent increased by $50. No hot water all Christmas weekend; I could go on all day with everything this property promises, which is disappointment. Do yourself a favor…don’t walk but run from this place. I for one will certainly not renew my lease."
