"Carol and Lisa were God sent helping me pick out my first apartment. As well as being very understanding and helping me with every step along the away. Once I've moved into the apartment and settled in, they've continued to say hi to me when they see me as well as make me feel very comfortable and safe with all the extra security measures. They have in place. I would definitely recommend also getting a spot in the parking garage as it truly saves me extra time in bed rather than scraping snow off my car."

"Carol and Lisa were amazing throughout the whole move in process! The place is super clean everyone on staff is super friendly and it’s a great community. The area is extremely quiet, close to lots of grocery stores and shopping which is a plus in my book, and right next to 480. The entire process from taking a tour to moving in only took one week! And we thank Carol and Lisa specifically for being super helpful during the entire process. They’re the best!!!"

"Love the pool in the summer! The cleanliness throughout the building is kept up well. The Office Staff is always available when needed. The Maintenance is Awesome! They complete their work orders in a timely fashion. Been living here a little over a year and very pleased."

"Do NOT move here! This apartment complex is shady. They work with North Olmsted police who routinely come into the parking lot to ticket and tow resident’s vehicles for any and every reason…sometimes unrightfully so. The maintenance people will enter your unit at will. There’s a ton of theft going on in the building and random people gain entry to the building and will solicit the hallways knocking on doors to deceive you and obtain your personal information. They also have a persistent bug problem…these very tiny small black bugs. They will also nickel and dime you and charge you for every little thing. This place does not feel like a home or a community AT ALL. The price for these units is too high for these units not to be updated. Everything inside is OLD. And they won’t let you see a unit you’re going to rent until the day you move in. These people are sketchy. I’m wondering if the building N was purchased with government funds or tax credits because if so, they need to be held accountable for the lack of quality living and policies"
