"My wife and I have lived here going on almost 4 years. We are very happy here. The Mgr Charlene is very friendly and efficient. She always is there to help. Victor the maintenance Man and other staff are friendly a very good good and always take care of a problems any promptly .The laundry room is kept up and exercise room has up to date equipment. The only wish I have is that you could have washer and dryer in Apts. But you can't have everything.NV Villa is very pet friendly and my wife and I and our dog Penny enjoy our apt. .We plan on staying. Keep up the good work."
"The most rudest office people I ever met. Went to check if they have anything available in next few months and lady respond was “ if you don’t have appointment I can’t help you”."
"DON’T DO IT!!! I am currently staying in Northern View Villas and would NOT recommend ANYONE to live here. Not even my worst enemy!!! Charlene from the Leasing Office, along with the Regional Manager for this property are BOTH unprofessional, irresponsible old women with disgusting attitudes. The last straw was with Charlene physically trying to knock my door down and trying to Enter my apartment illegally which resulted in me speaking with a lawyer for legal action. There is no safety with this complex and it will be a waste of your time and money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!"
"We have been here a little over 2 months. So far everything is fantastic. The couple little problems we had we addressed within 24 hours. Charlene is great and easy to talk to. Shirley is a joy. Victor takes care of the maintenance in a very timely manner. The landscaping is beautiful. The only improvement would be extra laundry room."
"Do not move here, the walls are paper thin you will hear all of your neighbors, when I moved out I was charged 1000$ for not cleaning everything, because the water leaked from upstairs into my apartment. If you call the maintenance guy for this he will glue the pipes back together. Then the water damage is your responsibility. I paid the 1000 extra at the end of the lease said I just want to leave. Then they wrote me a receipt. And two months later there’s a 1000$ debt on my credit report! Took a long time to get that error off. Don’t move here. Move to a trailer park instead would be a better experience"
