"False information at the website regarding leasing terms. I called them twice to confirm the leasing term and they said i could lease apartment 1 to 14 months for same price. When I am planning to lease apartment they said it would only be for 12 month lease contract. I would recommend Management to train the employees properly as people might go homeless."

"For the cost, it's not worth the square feet. There's things fixed cockeyed everywhere. Personally I feel the staff are rude, including corporate (for reasons I believe everyone living here knows, they were throwing a disabled woman out because she wasnt on a lease) beyond nosy, disrespectful, and need replaced with non menopausal people. Maintenance probably does his job with whatever he's allowed to do, otherwise it's simply laziness and cheap. I can't tell because there's broken screens and old appliances old crusty tub surrounds old faucets with with calcium buildup toilets are old and with broke handles. Don't believe good reviews on here from young or younger people not that Im old but their clueless as to whats what in life. . I've read some reviews and I can't agree with most of them logically."

"I’m only giving this 1 star because of the great maintenance man, John. Otherwise, I would give 0 stars. Do not move into this place. They will try to money gouge you when you move out. We broke our lease early, so had to pay 3 months rent and lost our security deposit. That’s fine, that’s their policy so we paid it before we even moved out. They tried saying it was late, and upon further review realized their mistake. Our security deposit was $868 dollars, but they charged us $700+ in “cleaning fees and paint”. The security deposit (in theory) would cover this and then some. They do a walk through of the apartment with you before you move out, and they didn’t tell us that any of this was coming. They said it would need some paint but nothing out of the ordinary. We didn’t expect a bill at all after paying them over $4,000 to move out. This place only cares about money. They increased rent and did nothing to improve the property, parking lots, or garages that don’t even lock. They’re going to reply to this review and blame it on their policies, but they should have just told us we should expect a bill this large around the holidays, and we are new homeowners as well."

"My sister has been living at Columbia Square for around 2 years now and now my husband and I have finally been able to move in ourselves based on her recommendation. The office staff is by far the kindest and most helpful we’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. It’s a breath of fresh air to move from our previous apartment where management made the living situation so strenuous to a place where the people are so dedicated to making the experience as positive as possible to you. Although our rent will be higher my husband and I agree it’s 100% worth the investment if only for such an upgrade in management. What’s great is that the apartments are also lovely, conveniently located and quiet so in general I feel very happy with this transition."
