"Driving up to the hotel was a little confusing because of the homes in the way but that isn't the hotels fault. If you don't turn around and keep driving past the homes you will find it. A beautiful hotel, everyone I've encountered here has been so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend."

"Super friendly and helpful check-in staff. Clean and updated gym area. Modern, clean room and great shower space. Good night sleep..what more can you need for a holiday visit with family. Would stay here again for sure."

"Horrible experience. Disorganized staff, room was filthy, several things broken and housekeeping went into my room without permission. I emailed a complaint and was told “too bad, should have said something sooner”. I literally sent the complaint the morning of my checkout within an hour of leaving. I check in and get told they only had one first floor room, which I desperately needed. What was going to the front desk with a list of complaints going to accomplish? If one room was in that bad of a condition, it’s safe to say they were all going to be that way and they already said they had no other first floor rooms. I could not afford to get kicked out of the room and moved to another floor. We were having construction done on our house and I was there to use the room as a workspace since I work remotely. Packing up my things and moving myself and our brand new puppy to another floor was not an option as I was in and out of zoom calls the entire time. Side note, I called before making my reservation and was told they had plenty of first floor available. Got there and was told “oh that was a mistake”. I did everything needed on my end to research before booking. Hilton completely dropped the ball on this."

"The customer service and location are about the only good things this place has to offer. Cleanliness is minimal, beds are one of the most uncomfortable, and the workmanship in design is cheap. The bed was half clean, hair from previous whoever was under the sheets with some dirt. You can walk the room and see dirt in every corner. Bathroom shelf was falling out of the wall. You can hear everything if there’s someone above you or next to you. The people who work the counters are very kind and respectful, so that was pleasant. I wouldn’t personally stay here again. I would’ve slept better in my car."

"It is slightly better than the middle of the road regarding cleanliness. Breakfast was under whelming. 1 of the elevators was broken our whole stay, and the one that was operational was so slow, I opted for the stairs most times instead of wating forever for the elevator. For a newer hotel, it doesn't seem to be aging well. Everything seems poorly constructed with the cheapest materials possible. For example, the buttons on the elevator seemed like they were from the dollar store and ready to break every time you pushed one of them. Tile falling off the wall, carpet pulling up in the hallway, crooked outlets, etc. The staff we interacted with were polite and respectful."
