Birch Hill Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash Extended Stay Hotel

"We needed a place to live until we were able to find housing for my family. The rooms were roach infested, the sheets were worn out, blankets either had cigarette burns or torn most of the time. You have to pay $2.50 a day to use their sheets, towels and toilet paper. Most of the staff are rude. Our AC leaked and soaked the carpet every time it rained. They kept saying it was due to the foundation or leaking in between the wall It was smelling like mold and mildew. They did nothing about it. Worst experience I have ever had DON'T STAY HERE!!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolute worst experience at a hotel, and it started the second we walked in. We were given the wrong room type and not allowed to change and denied a refund because "we were already in the room". We also were denied an additional bed or cot so that we could all fit in the room. The room was disgusting. The couch was filthy and had holes in the cushions, the carpet was badly stained, the whole place (hallways and room) reeks of cigarette smoke, the toilet seat was broken, there were several burnt out light bulbs, the mattress on the pullout couch was vile, the vanity was covered in white dust, the kitchen floor was half torn up, the closet doors are broken, multiple holes in the blankets. The handrail on the stairs to the room was coming off the walls too. Oh, and the TV doesn't work."

"Do not stay here. This place has roaches. When I was there which was July 2023 to August 2023, the health department came out looking for roach infestations. Their carpets are filthy, so make sure you wear shoes or slippers. They charge u additional $15 for room service and to change your sheets. The shower water pressure socks. You don't feel clean. ALWAYS keep your receipts. The 2 times I stayed here They tried to tell me I owed more money than was due at the time I paid. I was actually told to pay or get out. Again, it's not worth your money, do not stay here. Use extra cash and go stay at the other hotels in that same area."

"This hotel is nothing like the pictures listed and barely worth the price we paid a night. For an extended stay facility with a kitchenette in the room the fact that you don't at least have basic supplies (plates, cups, silverware, glasses, pot and pans) is very off putting. The water pressure is less than desirable. The floor felt gross when you walked on it. All in all I would not recommend and we will not be back unless there are no other options."

"Wasn't even aloud to get a refund within 30 minutes of check in. The room I was assigned looks NOTHING like the pictures. Loud residents, and the pool that was in the photos looks as if it wasn't used for 5 years. Carpet by front door looks as if it were chewed up by an animal. Dish washer that was promised in the description was not in the room. Just a blank empty space where one should be. Linens are very ratty and the bedsheet is polyester and incapable of being slept on. Zero stars if I could. Do not waste your money on this. It's a trailer park without the trailers. Beyond upset with the satisfaction of this place. Never again will I be staying."
