"Dirty. Moldy. Grimy. That’s all I got for ya. And the drains are clogged. Bathtubs are covered in paint chips that you don’t even know about until you try to take a bath. Shower curtain has mold. Gordon Ramsey please help this place!!!"

"The pictures describing your hotel are somewhat deceiving. The lemons did not smell fresh. The bedspread was super thin. I love staying in hotels mainly for the bedding. I was just disappointed, they actually smelled like cigarette smoke. It was reasonably priced snd I just stayed 1 night for surgery in the am."

"What a nightmare from the beginning. I reserved the room a month in advance over the phone from this location (spoke to the individual who worked at this location) booked the Deluxe Studio for 2 nights (for a Taylor Swift concert) was quoted $248 after taxes total for both nights. Got to the hotel was told that they did not have a room available for me even though I had a reservation. Finally after 10 min she found us a room (queen bed) It was crowded with 3 teenage girls and myself with 1 bed. What makes it even worse is I called Wednesday night to verify our reservation for the weekend and they confirmed. I know Hotels overbook on purpose esp when there is a high demand so they can get more money out of the rooms. Room was not very clean, bathroom floor was not clean (esp around the toilet area) there was a pair of dirty socks over by the night stand that did not belong to any of us from another guest. She told me that I did not speak to anyone at that location for a reservation .. so I called the # (same # I called to book the hotel and the same # I called Wednesday night) while I was standing there at the counter and she answered the phone and quickly hung up like she knew she had been caught in a lie. Overall bad experience."
