"Been taking our dog there for the past year. This last time we were 10 min late because of traffic and they were rude at first. When we came to pick her up they charged us $110 for the cut. It was always $65. They said they were getting “more strict” with medium and large dog classifications. Our dog has not grown since the last 3 times we took her and Not one word was said on their website, before the transaction, or after the transaction. After going back and forth the manager did refund the difference but stated it will be $110 moving forward even though our dog is only 50 pounds. They do a decent job cutting but can be rude and try to overcharge their clients without letting them know. Will not be going back."

"I have taken my Boston Terrier, Sophee, here twice now . She gets a bath and nail trim . She loves it! This last time they had her in a cute pink bandanna when I came to get her. The staff are so friendly! Love it ! Highly recommend."
