"Overall, we've enjoyed our 10 months here. The staff is friendly and provides great service. We haven't needed many repairs, and our two bedroom apartment is very spacious and nice. I like that the buildings all lock and neighbors are friendly. Plus the view out our back porch is just beautiful!"

"We enjoyed our 3 + years of living here. They actually went above and beyond in working with us to handle any (rare as it was) issues I may have had- always taken care of quickly, friendly and professionally. Maintenance guys are fast and friendly and the office staff and management was always responsive! The apartment is beautiful too."

"Overall, it is clean, decent and quiet place. Been here for almost a year. Accessible to Krogers and other necessities. The only complaint I have are some tenants who leave their clothes in the washer / dryer with no bin around so that we can put their clothes to so other tenants can use it. Reported it to management since last year and requested to have a notice and email to be sent to all tenants as a reminder not to do that as it inconvenience the other tenants but so far none was done yet. Reported it again because somebody left their clothes again since morning and we need to use it. I was offered to come to the office to get a key so I can go to another unit to use the washer. I find the offer very inconvenient as I need to carry everything out of our block to go to another block and very disappointing esp that it is raining. And what if somebody is also using the washer? I believe the management can do better than that offer or at least do something to prevent this from happening again since it was reported even in the past like sending an email to remind the tenants to be cooperative and respinsible enough. This is a shared facility anyway. I hope management can look into it so everyone can enjoy their stay in this nice neighborhood. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here."

"Overall great experience living here, love how much space there is in the apartment at least compared to last apartment which was pretty small. I love that the kitchen is accessible from two sides and all the cabinet space as well. The balcony is great with the added den to store stuff in is very nice. The pool is awesome. One thing is I wish the dog park was where the tennis court use to be, just for a flatter surface. Maintenance is also quick to respond to any requests you put in. Everyone is very friendly around here and it is super convenient that there is a Kroger in walking distance & Target is less then 5 minutes away."
