Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Northeast Blue Ash 4554 Lake Forest Drive, Blue Ash, OH 45242

"Check in was fine. Indoor pool is nice, My only complaint with that is exiting the pool room. The door sensor needs adjusted. Now as for the Embassy Suites best feature, THE COOKED TO ORDER BREAKFAST, this place gets a D grade. The one cook is very good and very nice. The other one just looks and acts like he'd like to be anywhere else! Not the image you want to portray to your clients. One morning, so far they didn't even open. As for their other offerings, so so. They have put out the exact same things for 2 weeks now. The premade waffles are nasty. No bacon, no pancakes, no french toast. Very disappointed in this Embassy Suites. Now for the room. Old looking and needs updated. We had the room staff, most of which are really nice, but someone went into our room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. They came in, took the little bit that was in the trash and left 2 hand towel and wash clothes. That's it, they didn't even put the Do Not Disturb sign back on the door!"

"The staff were terrific. Breakfast was as good as I remembered it - excellent. The evening reception was a chance to relax. The rooms were showing extreme signs of age - a colleague's carpet was ripped and missing in places, my room showed what looked like water damage above the door with some ceiling hanging down. Wifi reception was unreliable in the room - better in the lobby."

"Honestly was hoping the stay here would be a lot better since the hotel seems nice and cute. However our suite room was not as clean and comfortable as hoped. A dog barking for 30 min at 8 am woke me and kept me up (after not hardly sleeping) and guest services had no solution. This has happened before else where and the hotel offered to switch our rooms and was apologetic but that wasn’t the case here :/ also There’s a huge dried blood stain on the comforter, I call guest services, explaining the situation, only for the employee to cut me off in the middle of speaking, and give me no apology.. he did however bring me a new clean one and apologized after I mentioned it, said he was the only employee in the whole hotel for the night. I felt bad for him. We just all feel bad. Bad call on the hotel considering he said a bunch of other rooms were needing things too. The door to our balcony is also jank, basically off the track, had to move it in a particularly way to get it to open. This was just an expensive highly rated hotel and did not meet the expectations unfortunately"

"Stayed at many Hiltons and this was not my favorite. It didn’t help that I must of went on a soccer weekend so it was filled with sneezing kids (nothing against kids, I was just hoping for a relaxing getaway). The entire hotel was very outdated and honestly just not that clean. The elevators were quite slow so at times took the stairs and they were filled with crumbs, stains and an odd smell. Hotel smelled of smoke. On the last night the fire alarm battery died in our room but they did quickly change it. Stains all over couch and carpet, holes in sheets, balcony overlooked parking lot and was covered in cobwebs and dust so didn’t even use it. Pool was small and had a strange smell to it, was empty when we went in but constantly had kids running by to check on it. Also got locked in the pool and had to kick the door open. I will not be returning."

"I stayed at this hotel once seven years ago and it was so nice that it made me want to return. This time around, I noticed that the building is in serious need of maintenance all around. The restaurant booth seats are stripped and need to be replaced. Also, many of the doors to the guest rooms are in desperate need of a paint job. My guest room in particular had a lot of grout buildup inside the shower and different corners of the room. The walls are paper thin so I could hear clear conversations going on in the rooms next to me. The carpet had many stains on it. My spouse took a shower & the drain would not work so water filled up to his ankles. I had to take a shower from the sink. Speaking of the sink, the faucet wasn’t ever screwed it right. I read multiple reviews after staying there and many people are mentioning the shower drain issue, but the problem is obviously not being fixed . We were so disappointed and disgusted that we did not want to wait and see what disappointment breakfast would bring. This was not a relaxing stay, I will not be back, and it was not worth a penny."
