"This is the second Hanger Clinic office that I've visited and I stress that you do not trust them with your child. We had an appointment with my son earlier today to get him a specialized brace since the one we had for him doesn't fit. They refused to do the new brace. The doctor prescribed the new brace. We were willing to self pay for the brace. Nope, they won't do it. Also he'd have to be casted AGAIN just to wait to be seen because they couldn't actually do anything at this appointment so he'd have to wait weeks to get in again to even have an evaluation. This place does not care about children with disabilities They do not take them seriously. I came here before with my daughter and they didn't take it seriously and made the mistake of coming again with my son. Do not trust them with your children."
"They made me a brace for my foot for my shoe it would not fit in my shoe the guy cut away so much of it that it was worthless and it still would not fit in my shoe I would never go here again . And they will not refund your money if they mess it up"
"The ladies upfront are very welcoming & friendly. Both of my sons had Dr. Bradford he was very caring, helpful, and understanding, and made both of my boys laugh & smile. fixed my youngest son's head shape with the cranial helmet. He examine my son's head for any redness or marks that the helmet made at each appointment and Dr Bradford would correct those areas of the helmet. The cranial helmet made a big difference in my son's head shape. My other son saw Dr. Bradford for afo braces to correct his toe-walking so he would be able to have a stable walk. Thank you!"
"Our son Gotham has been going here for the last several months for his helmet to fix his flat spot. Dr. Brad is one of the best I've seen. Knowledgeable and has incredible bedside manner!! Perfect doc for your child!!! Too bad he's not a family practice Dr. as well so we could continue to be with him for our son's needs!!!"
