Reviews
"The NP was so extremely rude! I went out of my way to be polite thinking maybe she was having an off day but her bed side manner is the worst I've ever encountered. I will never go back. If I was able to post this review with zero stars, I would have."
"After reading the reviews I was extremely nervous to go here, but I had a fantastic experience! I didn't have an appointment yet was seen in minutes. Both the LPN and the NP were INCREDIBLY kind and attentive, they fixed my problem, and I was in and out completely satisfied!"
"If you value your health I’d find someplace else to go. Their only goal is to get you in and out as fast as they can. Zero regard for listening to you or taking anytime you ask you questions. Find a real doctor and avoid these nurse practitioners who have no care for your wellbeing. They are the reason flu season is so bad."
"The nurse we saw, I believe her name tag said Ruth, was unfriendly and misdiagnosed my daughter. The nurse barked our name when we did not respond immediately. I would have walked out right then is my daughter did not feel so awe full. The nurse acted like she was in a huge hurry the entire visit and did not stop to listen when we had information to share. She even gave me the “hand” when I was attempting to explain something. She had my daughter insert the swab for a flu test up here own nose! And, surprise, surprise it came back negative. She prescribed an antibiotic I had never heard of for sinus & ear infections. This antibiotic had to be taken with a probiotic and at least an hour apart from all other medication. And no calcium within an hour as well. It was ok so convoluted! My daughter got worse that night so we went to our pediatrician the next day. Flu test came back positive (of course). There was no sinus infection whatsoever. She did have an ear infection. Our pediatrician prescribed Cefdinir because the antibiotic prescribed by the nurse at CVS is normally given for acne, not sinus or ear infections. I have never felt compelled to write a review before. This time I feel like it is my duty to write a review. Really I should call the manager for that Minute Clinic. Total waste of time and money and my child ended up more sick instead of on the mend. I would give zero stars if I could."
"Went in with a cold and needing a flu shot. The kiosk system was extremely easy and Nurse Kimberly was a wealth of information. Highly recommend."
