"Went thru the drive thru got get a 100 bucks. The money dispensor got stuck then the door closed. I got no money and no receipt. Went inside, had to call a number to another country. They put the transaction on hold but it processed that night. Call dispute number - again spoke to somebody in another country. Requested the video footage and was told they don't normally do that. Guess I"m out 100. I will be filing with the BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency."

"I know there's a shortage of workers but 1 teller isn't enough. Usually don't write bad reviews but I stood in line while the teller kept trying to talk the man in front of me into putting his money into another account to earn 4% interest. He kept telling her he wasn't interested, I left after 17 minutes."

"Walked into door wearing leather gloves and a bandanna as I just got off a motorcycle. We were not greeted just heard a loud voice from a gentleman standing at bank tellers counter.. saying are you doing a deposit or withdrawal. I didn’t realize he was even speaking to us as he looked like a customer. Thought it was very rude and very unwelcoming. Glad I don’t bank here! The only reason I even gave them a three star is the lady bank teller was able to help my fiancé and answered his questions. This place sure could use some help with customer service experience especially whoever the gentleman was when we walked in!"
