"By FAR the worst NFCU location and branch (excluding the people). Parking lot is atrocious. Parking availability is extremely limited. If you’re thinking, “well pshh, if that’s the case I’ll just use the drive up ATM and avoid the need to park” HA. No you won’t. It might work 1 out of every 10 times you use it. Even the ATMs at the front where you need to park to use BARELY work as they should. Absolutely THE WORST experience at ANY bank I have EVER been to in the U.S."

"Very friendly and helpful even on a Saturday with limited hours. We ended up having to stay after closing to deal with accounts and never felt rushed or caused an inconvenience for them."

"I deposit a check into my account every week because I have bills that are automatically taken out of this account. Usually when I deposit a check, the money is on there the next morning. For the past month when I deposit my check Navy Federal has been putting a hold on my check for 8 days(from Friday of one week, to Saturday of the next week) Now I’m paying $266 in returned check fees. $116 from navy Federal that they refuse to reimburse and the rest from the companies that take the money from out of my account."

"Went into the branch to pick up the check for our auto loan and there was a complication with it having been processed. The branch manager, Ruben & his team went above & beyond to fix it right then & there, even staying for more than 45 minutes after the branch had closed to help me, make sure I could walk out with that check to then head to the dealers to purchase our vehicle. Everyone there was very patient & helpful, and we can't thank them enough for how great they treated us. We'd definitely recommend that branch for banking."

"This morning I visited Navy Federal Credit Union in Riverview, Florida on Hwy 301. I was reading the reviews and they were really bad and I almost turned around and went back home driving over an hour away. But people I am so very glad that I listen to the Holy Spirit telling me to stay there and wait. I just want you all to know that I received number service and the staff was very attentive to everyone that walked through the doors. I called my sister and I told her about the service that I had just received at Navy Federal Credit Union.
