"BUSINESS OWNERS/ PERSONAL ACCOUNT HOLDERS BEWARE! Do not bank here, they will not safeguard you or your client's money. The first moment you have an issue they will sell you on their positive pay program, which charges you a fee for you to do their job. And if you are as unfortunate as I was the protection they sell you will still passed through a fraudulent check if someone at the bank didn't click the right button. THEN IT GETS BETTER...you go to your local branch to talk to the branch manager, but they are clueless as you are with what happens next, so they call the fraud department on your behalf to inform them you have an issue, fill out paperwork, and tell you to wait 10 days for a response. I'm now going on 5 months trying to recoup my latest fraudulent check of thousands. Also if you have positive pay BE AWRE they may deny insuring your funds and use that as their excuse not to return your funds (hence why I'm going on 5 months). Then they give you the number to call should you need further assistance, so just an FYI when you call their fraud department first level of support/customer service you're calling the PHILIPPINES and you can not speak to a manager or higher level support, this bank is too big they don't care! If I didn't have the savings I have, this bank would have destroyed my small business. Now I'm seeking legal counsel, losing more money for banking with the wrong bank. From a business perspective, if you value your clients and your business, DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!"

"Having opened a money market account online, I came to understand the limitation on internet transfers was too low for my needs. I went to this branch to see if there was an alternative. It transpired there was no alternative from going to the branch every time I needed to transfer money and paying $30 for the wire. Deciding it was better to close the account, I asked for a banker’s draft. The representative set it up and printed the draft. When he went to the printer it was out of paper. To access the printer, a key was needed. Of course the key was with another employee…..who wasn’t at the branch. The staff said the employee didn’t pick up calls but responded to texts. At this point I demanded a wire transfer paid for by the branch as I was simply not prepared to wait for if and when the employee responded and given it was past 4pm, it seemed unlikely to be before the branch closed. How bizarre to not have the key on the premises rather than with an employee. This on top of the small per diem transfer amount, warrants a 1 star rating. Must improve."

"im concerned about all off the lights being off at night on multiple occasions when I know there are light posts all around the bank now. Like I already hated how dark it used to be around the bank but its been really bright lately but a few nights I've had to go it was dangerously dark. Only lights were the atm and little signs above the drive thru."

"We have had an account with this branch for about five years. We always have had an exceptionally positive experience in this branch. Always, fast friendly interactions with various levels of personal. Some of my transactions could be complex or less common and are handled with ease. I have never had an even remotely negative experience in this branch nor have I seen anyone else having a negative experience."

"I just opened a new checking account at this location. My experience so far has been great! Yesenia was my banker. She's extremely thorough and patient and displayed an excellent attitude while opening my first account here. The drive-through is always pleasant, and everyone is super friendly."
