"My parents have Regions as their main bank and I often deposit funds into their account for them. I usually have helpful tellers but had an awful experience today. The teller was very rude and when I asked questions that my parents wanted me to ask, she said no without providing an alternative route - just dead ends. I won't hesitate to come to this branch because my parents come before rude tellers but I now know to not expect actual help. To add, the tellers decided to gossip while I was waiting instead of being attentive."
