"Rude woman behind the glass tries to tell me she can’t notarize my docs because they don’t do “dissolution of marriage.” After explaining they aren’t those documents, she takes my documents into the back. Very not ok with that because they contain private info. Comes back and says they only accept cash for a notary. Annoyed, I ask for my documents back. Woman tries to direct me to the ATM. Frustrated I say “no!” In an elevated voice. Woman begins to lecture me about rudeness. Don’t do business here or any other amscot in Tampa because they are all owned by the same person. Will never come here again"

"scams people I went in for a money order and they brought up debt from 10 years ago. All I needed was to pay rent. She took all of my information to update system. Just to tell me in the end I would need to pay the balance so I pay them $50 to be able to get a money order for rent. They took my $50 and then told me that they don’t accept cards it needs to be cash. I will never go in there again."

"What a horrific company, so this company is willing to give me a cash advance no problem, aka we want your money, but when I go in to cash my check... No sir I am sorry, but we can't cash a buisness to buisness account. But wait a sec it is payable to me not a buisness so what's the issue? Well it has a buisness name written where the address is, so we think you are trying to cheat us. But it says on the check that it is a payroll account. It doesnt matter sir we are just not going to cash it. Ok so this company will give payroll advances to people they know cant afford it, but if you go in with your paycheck coming from a payroll account made out to you the wont cash it. This company is just a money hungry joke. Why can they open so many centers so fast. Don't fall for it people this company is just out for your money."
