"Girl was walking around doing everything but what she needed to do with me. Walking over to her drink 4 times, changing the AC, fiddling around in the back and finally coming back to the desk with food she was apparently cooking. What normally takes a few minutes took 15 and I was kind of in a hurry with a girl at home waiting."
"Just horrible the dark skin lady proceeded to talk on a personal phone call while I waited for her to cash my Customer Check.. Managers just watched her and did nothing. I come here weekly and nothing seems to change. And now they have this new lady and she should be making minimum wage somewhere else. She is so unprofessional I was very upset and all she could say was "I don't care", all the other customers heard her. Please train your staff properly."
