Capstone Apartments

Capstone Apartments, located at 3601 North Military Trail in Boca Raton, Florida, offers a vibrant living and learning environment for upper-division students at Lynn University. The new on-campus apartments opened in August 2022 and feature studios, as well as two- and four-bedroom options with two bathrooms. Shared amenities include a community kitchen, entertainment lounge, flexible workspace, multi-purpose room, and quiet study lounges.

Designed with sustainability in mind, Capstone Apartments boast solar sunshades, high SRI roof material, low-flow fixtures, LED lighting, and locally sourced materials. The private interior courtyard features native plantings and water-conserving landscaping.

Enrollment at Lynn University has been on the rise, prompting the need for additional on-campus housing options. Capstone Apartments provide affordable opportunities for upperclassmen and graduate students to fully immerse themselves in the campus lifestyle.

Furnished apartments with private bedrooms, full kitchens, and shared amenities such as laundry facilities, TV lounge, and study lounges are available. The building can accommodate up to 342 students, with juniors, seniors, and graduate students having priority for housing assignments.

Rent includes utilities such as Xfinity on Campus access, Wi-Fi, water, electricity, sewer, and trash shoots. Optional meal plans are available for purchase. Students are encouraged to obtain their own renters' insurance for personal belongings.

Capstone Apartments offer accommodations for students with disabilities upon request. ADA accommodation applications must be submitted by specific deadlines.
