"Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in for a hockey tournament. Hotel front desk staff has no hospitality. Maintenance is unauthorized available to fix issues. Our room #101 is next to elevator and all night long the wall shakebut. Headboard vibrates and buzzes. almost as loud as the old AC unit. Handicapped room. With 1 shower head that has no hot water and a handheld want on another valve with scalding hot only, and then if you turn it down, you lose pressure and then full blast cold. No gym as 1st floor was mostly flooded. Coffee bar serves Starbucks but it only operated from 7am to 9am. Another family in our group couldn't get AC working after 2 hrs so they checked out and moved as well. HOTEL IS OLD AND DIRTY. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!."

"Stayed for 3 nights. Gym and laundry not available which would've been nice to know ahead of time...spent over 100.00 for ubers to and from the LA FITNESS near by (they offer a free 3 day guest pass) One lady at the front desk was rude and nasty with every interaction. *They have a pool and hot tub which was very nice. *Great loungers and towels outside. *No safe in the room. *They don't clean your room unless you stay 6+ days. *Breakfast isn't free but it's good. They have breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, cereals and any coffee/latte/cappuccino you'd like. I asked the front desk if there is anywhere to eat within walking distance, she replied no. There is seasons 52 (3min walk) Gallaghers steak house (2min walk) And if you want a really great place go to the Farmers Table. It's about 12 min walk, it's a part of the Wyndham Hotel and serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. We went for breakfast and dinner and both were fantastic!! Overall the stay was just okay. I wouldn't stay here again or tell anyone to stay at this hotel."

"I have no idea how this has any good ratings. To start, the fire alarm went off four times in one night. When we spoke to the manager, he rudely denied any possibility of a refund. Customer service is nonexistent. The beds are terrible, room service comes once every SEVEN days, they never supply towels, and our room cards stopped working after EVERY use. Stay anywhere else"

"The hotel's location was convenient, and my room was clean and comfortable. However, my departure day was marred by an unsettling incident. While riding the elevator down to the lobby, another guest and I encountered an unpleasant situation. As the elevator doors opened, a room service staff member hastily pushed in with a cart stacked high with towels. Unfortunately, without acknowledging our presence, she entered abruptly, nearly colliding with the gentleman beside me. Thankfully, he reacted quickly, avoiding any harm. I screamed “Excuse Me!” to warn her about my presence, but instead of an apology, the staff member appeared irritated, directing unwarranted frustration toward the gentleman who narrowly avoided injury. While I understand that she might have been pressed for time or dealing with personal matters, her lack of apology and disregard for safety were concerning. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to this unpleasant experience."
