"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Went in May and had an absolutely excellent experience. Rates were reasonable, the breakfast was fantastic (even including smoked salmon), and most importantly, the outdoor jacuzzi was at the perfect temperature and had strong jets, and the pool was very nice too. Exceptionally clean and quiet hotel with comfortable rooms. I can't wait to return."
"This is actually the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in. It is in SERIOUS need of a face lift and deep cleaning (and better, competent staff!). Chipping paint in the room, dirty carpet with holes burnt in it and stain spots everywhere, outdated decor, dirty couch and stained/marked stuff all over my room. There was sand all over my couch… I haven’t even been to the beach or unpacked. In fact, when I checked into my room, I thought “yikes, was this even cleaned!?” - I double checked the bed and sheets, and it seemed fine. I decided to let it go and went to enjoy the pool. Upon coming back to my room and showering, I discovered that all of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty - first thing that crossed my mind: YUP, there’s no way this room was appropriately cleaned. When I went to the restaurant for lunch, I sat down at the bar and waited about 20 minutes for the bartender / waitress (only person working the tables) to appear and give me a menu to take my order. Food was mediocre at best. Later, I realized that only one of the room keys I was given worked. Had to go back to the front desk to get new room keys. I would absolutely never stay here again. This is not a reliable, clean Marriott. It is actually the worst marriott I’ve ever stayed in. The only good thing is the pool, but beware, all the pool towels are stained."
