"My husband and I stayed at the hotel this past weekend for medical appointments. Our check in was good. When we got to our room I always check everything like the bed the sheets and mattress for unwanted guests. . If you know what I mean. Everything was fine.Until I went to use the bathroom. And found a roach crawling on the floor. So I killed it and flushed it down the toilet. In the morning going to take a shower, I saw another roach crawling in the shower and again killed it and flushed it down the drain. Went about our day and never happened again. That was the only disappointment at the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional. I never reported this problem to the front desk. Which I probably should have!"

"BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO STAY HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN: I thought it would be prudent to let the public know about my personal experience with this particular hotels staff since that is what reviews are for. My two friends from out of state rented a room October 10th, 2023 for one night. I brought them to the hotel to check in and we left. A few hours later, while running errands locally, I had to tinkle so rather than making a big deal out of it and asking to go all the way to the room, I just ran into the restroom adjacent to the lobby, directly across from the front desk. I was literally in there for two minutes, just long enough to tinkle and wash my hands. We then left the hotel for several more hours. I dropped them off later that evening and I planned to pick them up precisely at 10:45 am the following morning for checkout. When I arrived the next morning, I texted my friend that I was outside but that I was going to run in to the lobby again to tinkle. I went in, tinkled and washed my hands. As soon as I opened up the bathroom door, a black lady, whom I assume is a supervisor or manager, was right in my face accusing me of "leaving the restroom in a foul state for her staff to clean yesterday." I was completely taken aback and felt like she was going to physically attack me. She insisted that she knew, without a shadow of a doubt, that it was me "because I went in and saw what you did to our bathroom immediately after you left it!" And then she stated, "I know because you and your friends are always here." I kept saying to her that it definitely wasn't me. This was the first and now, definitely, our last stay at this location. What else am I supposed to say with regards to her false accusations? After three straight minutes of her false allegations, right in my face, she then decides to say "Well if it wasn't you, I apologize." IT'S TOO LATE FOR THAT NOW! I was shaking so badly because I genuinely thought she was going to physically attack me. I've worked in Customer Service for decades so I think I can say what should and should not be said to customers. Her words and pit bull demeanor were definitely unacceptable, blindly accusing people of things that someone else obviously did. I've been thinking about this all day long, its extremely upsetting and did a number on my anxiety. Obviously they have lousy security there, if any at all, because if they did have sufficient security, they would never have accused the wrong person of messing up their bathroom. And at this point, I am so grateful that I didn't have children with me because children should definitely not be subjected to this sort of behavior. Bottom line, the public should be aware that they clearly lack fundamental security and that, if they choose to stay here, may not want to bring children into this environment. Terrible, terrible staff! And, "owner," don't you dare make attempts to apologize to my comment here like I see on other reviews here because NOTHING will erase the awful experience I had this morning and NOTHING would ever make me think "this would be a great place to stay." Absolutely NOTHING!"

"Worst experience of my life. Someone had peed in the bed and the cleaning crew had not fixed this issue which makes it crystal clear that we, the guests, are sleeping in soiled linens. Absolutely gross. Still gagging in my mouth thinking about this. Stayed onsite 8/19/23. The Hotel offered a 50% discount for the grossest experience in my life. I feel sooo fortunate."
