"As a traveling consultant & Hilton diamond member, I’ve stayed at dozens of embassy suites across the country. This is easily the worst one. - nasty ladies in the front desk and overall poor guest service. The only expect is Louis at the front desk. The rest should find another gig. - the chef working on Saturday, 2/17. Unfortunately, I see this a lot in the service industry in the south of the US - better treatment for caucasian individuals than for other races. It was a shame to see, and it’s clear that it’s not on purpose, but deep inside this gentlemen."

"This is one of the shabbiest Embassy Suites I've ever stayed in. Room furnishings are very dated. What wasn't dingy was dirty, what wasn't dirty didn't work or was simply broken. The bedside lamp didn't work. The safe didn't work. The shower didn't drain. Had to wait for like five minutes for the faucet to produce hot water. Had to dive behind furniture to find outlets. The so-called manager's reception was rationed to two drinks, and the snacks consisted of celery sticks with ranch dressing, potato chips with no dip, and snack mix. At breakfast, instead of a usual selection of pastries there were only mini muffins. Coffee was mass-market. The servers and the front desk staff were great."

"I cannot understand the negative ratings for this spacious and lovely hotel. Of the many, many stays I've had here, never once have I had any issues what so ever. This is a large hotel, the sheer volume of guests the staff is tasked with accommodating each day must be staggering, yet they do it with a smile, no matter the situation. From the front desk, to the phenomenal made to order breakfast (Omelets of your design-made right in front of you) buffet, to the cleaning crew, they spoil you in every possible way. They always go above and beyond for me, they're a second family, there whenever you need anything. It's immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, the rooms are spacious, the amenities cannot be beat, the location is minutes away from all the city of Boca has to offer. This place is the best of all of the Hilton hotels, a hidden gem, run by 'Mayor Lou'. Many thanks to all who make this place so special!"

"Looks great, the rooms are decent and livable, but they are super dark. I think it could be livened up a bit. Super cool design. This hotel does seem to need a bit of work in some rooms, just some stuff seems a bit old, built for shorter people, like the handles on the door to our balcony are maybe 2-3 feet off the ground... I previously stayed at the hotel with some of my friends, so it's definitely very nice to be back!"

"Nice older hotel. Hot breakfasts were good. Beds were just double beds and very firm. It's very small when 3 out of 4 people are 6ft. to 6'5". The hotel is old and it shows. Our room especially had a very old dusty library smell to it. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They were very helpful and friendly."
