"The hotel is nice, the rooms are well kept. I was surprised with all the renovations still taking place arpund the resort that the hotel is still operating at full pricing. The entrance way is under construction and isn't such a beautiful experience to arrive to. They could redirect the main entrance to make a better experience. There aren't as many services right now because of the construction . Many restaurants are closed or have moved out (there used to be far more restaurants on-site). Most of the staff are courteous and will take care of things for you. As long as you don't have an issue with your room ... if you do, give up and stay elsewhere because you can tall and text for 2 days without them taking care of you. I'm still waiting for them to fix or replace something in my room."

"I had a work event with my company last week and it was overall a blast. The service and staff were great and very helpful, the location is prime. The property is beautiful. My only complaint would be the rooms seem outdated, one wall in the room was scratched up pretty bad and had block spots on it. Otherwise everything else seems great."

"A top notch, high class resort! Had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the amenities. So fortunate to arrive and have Michael Sinatra greet us upon check in. What a professional & what a personality! All of the facilities are clean. The room was lovely and very spacious. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel,!"

"Beautiful resort with everything you’d need for an enjoyable stay. What really stands out is the service. Everyone we spoke to; bellhop, reception, waitstaff, etc. was extremely friendly and helpful. Willing to go above and beyond to assist, which made us feel very appreciated. We had a room at the Beach Club, King, with ocean views (no balcony). Loved being so close to hear the waves and see a breathtaking sunrise. The room itself was nice but simple. Not overly decorative. My wife especially loved the tub. We dined at the Beach Club Lounge (great sushi and cocktails) and Marisol (super close to the water with fantastic seafood.) Much of the broader resort was under construction during our stay, so we are excited to hopefully return in the future and explore new rooms and more dining options."

"I always have a nice time when visiting the Beach Club and main property. The building is beautiful and the service is excellent. The food is delicious, however the servings can be a bit small for the price, even considering that it is a resort. The amenities are superb, aside from the bathrooms at the older pool; but I believe all are being refurbished. 4.5 ⭐"
