"If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with business travel. I arrived and the man at the desk was already rude. I proceeded to tell him I had a reservation (pre paid by my company) and he rudely asked for a ID and CC. No problem, I have both. He then proceeded to tell me that the Visa card was not a major CC. (its a company cc) Asks me what bank is from. (IDK the banking practices of my company) He refuses the card and tells me to leave. Mind you the room was prepaid. It was a two week stay and at midnight I had to find other accommodations. Not only did the front desk person loose a lot of money for the establishment my company will no longer use any Marriott or Townsuite hotels."

"This by far has to be the worst experience I’ve had at a Marriott establishment. I stay at different marriotts a couple of times a week and I’ve never had a complaint or and issue with the service but on Feb 10th I have had it with Marriott . I booked a room here through a 3rd party app (Super) and older gentleman at the front desk wouldn’t let me check in which resulted in my and my family sleeping in the car. I’m from Georgia so we had a long ride here to south Florida and the gentleman says we don’t accept you card here. Mind you the car is not a prepaid card it has the words clearly written across it CREDIT. I’ve used the same card to book Marriott stays for the last year with no issue. He wouldn’t check to see if there was anything he could do or let alone try to use the card he just kept cutting me off saying “we don’t take this card” without know what kind of card it was. I asked about how to get my refund he told me “call the other people , I didn’t book you reservation “ wow horrible customer service . Now I’m out of $158.17 I’m going to make a formal complaint & legal action if necessary. I will NEVER stay at this place even if they offered it to me for free. Rude guest service people . This all has me second guessing using Marriott services again!"

"Dirty, smells of mold, sofa beds are made of springs alone, and the list goes on. Staff was the opposite of helpful and needs training on proper customer service. It is Christmas so there were low expectations ;however upper management should be looking at the processes and the deterioration of the property. As a business owner myself, I always try to leave positive reviews only. I had to make an exception to this rule as this property is just that BAD and future customers should be wary."

"I had a fabulous experience at this hotel. After a very long day of travel I was met with a very warm welcome from Tara. She got us checked in quickly so we could get some rest. The room was clean and comfortable and there was light on which always makes me feel safer. The checkout process was also quick. Latoya and Shannon were extremely friendly. Overall, I give them a 10!"

"The lady at front desk was not rude but it is not the best people person. The hotel is dated A LOT. The kitchen looks like is going to fall a part. Bathroom didn’t have shower gel, no extra towel for the second guest and no floor towel (none) nor garbage can. Internet was not working good (poor internet). It is surprising to see how Marriott has lowered their Quality Standards. It is a shame. Good location, coffee 24/7."
