"Very outdated rooms! This entire hotel is in need of a serious facelift. The mattress was absolutely horrible, old, soft and the springs squeaked every time I moved... so uncomfortable. I stayed in RM 762, and I'm pretty sure the room next door 760 was just exterminated because the lights are on and all of the cushions are turned upside down and all drawers/doors are open. This place is disgusting! Be sure to read the negative reviews because it is all true!! I'm waiting for the cockroaches to come out . I have to leave the lights on all night. This property does not deserve to have Hilton status! I cannot believe I spent my money on a four-star hotel that is no better than a two-star motel."

"Not up to par for a Hilton hotel. The lobby and exterior is nice but once you get to the room it is a different story. The other areas of the hotel and room itself were pretty dated and worn down. Paint on our room entrance door was peeling, carpets had soiling and stains, fixtures and furniture needed replaced due to age / damage, etc. This isn’t really what I was expecting from the Hilton brand. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable, but can’t say much beyond that for the room. Now for the positive of our stay, staff was very nice and the breakfast good, made to order omelets and pancakes. Much better than your standard continental breakfast. Wish the room quality was up to par with the staff."

"Very pleasantly surprised! Awesome service that went way beyond! EVERYONE was friendly and welcoming down to the gift shop, front desk, breakfast was AMAZING. We requested extra pillows and the front desk even called to make sure we received the pillows in a timely manner. The hotel itself is in a convenient location with a upscale restaurant next door. Very pretty layout. The king bed was comfy, linens & rooms was immaculate. The staff are truly amazing and deserve all the credit for our love of this place. We will be staying again, this is our go-to home away from home from now on."

"Everything was great! Breakfast cooked to order! The rooms need a face lift, but they are clean. Staff checks on you by text which I thought was really cool. I would give them 5 stars except for one incident. I will say they handled it very well and I will stay here the next time we are in Florida…"

"In town for the weekend for a graduation. The hotel is an older one, but very clean, and well maintained. Our room was spacious with a separate sitting/living room area. Beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great. The venue was right next door, with a very nice walking path that also led to several other restaurants. From the time we checked in, the customer service has been top tier. Melissa has been in constant contact, and has been available to answer multiple questions for us, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely book here. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, and shopping centers. I wish we could stay a couple more days to explore the area more. Also pet friendly for anyone traveling with small fur babies. Ample parking and not cramped in tight spaces."
