"My wife and I just moved into Quantum from another building in the area. Angel, Camille and Andy were super helpful getting us set up quickly with everything we needed to know. The building and amenities are stunning and look even better in person than they did in pictures. Highly recommend considering this building!"
"Steer Clear of Quantum Apartments - MOLD, WATER DAMAGE, MANAGEMENT MISHAPS If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained apartment, look elsewhere. My experience at Quantum Apartments was nothing short of a nightmare, riddled with water damage, mold growth, and unresponsive management. Five times, you read that right, FIVE TIMES, my apartment suffered water damage. Leaks sprung from seemingly everywhere – windows, walls, even my closet. Each time, I promptly contacted management, hoping for swift action and proper repairs. But hope turned to frustration as my messages and calls went consistently ignored. Inspections? Forget it. Not once did anyone from management bother to assess the damage or investigate the source. The result? Mold, thriving in the damp corners and spreading like an unwelcome guest. To their "credit," they did manage to send someone over - not to fix the problem, mind you, but to sloppily paint over the visible mold, a futile attempt to mask the growing issue. The lack of action wasn't limited to inaction. My pleas for a proper investigation and remediation fell on deaf ears. Photos and videos, documenting the water damage and mold growth, were met with radio silence. My belongings, caught in the crossfire of leaks and neglect, suffered the consequences. Living in Quantum Apartments wasn't just inconvenient, it was unhealthy and unsafe. The constant water issues, ignored mold growth, and unresponsive management created a stressful and potentially hazardous environment. Think twice before considering this building. My experience is a cautionary tale, a warning to potential renters seeking a place to call home. Look for a place where your concerns are heard, your well-being is prioritized, and leaks are addressed before they turn into moldy nightmares."
"Been here about 6 months and my husband and I love living here. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic and we can see the ocean from our balcony view. The surrounding area is being built up with restaurants and shops. The manager Camille has always been upfront, honest and available for us with any issues or concerns we have had. Other team members have always taken the time to assist and make sure our needs where meet fully. All the new updates to the building like package lockers, gates and grills are all up and working as promised. All of the tenants in the building are super friendly and considerate of others. We moved here from NYC and this building really has a luxury feel and for half the price you would pay in the big apple."
"Just the tour alone I knew this was a place I wanted to call home. It's absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the city and small glance of the ocean and horizon. The staff have been very friendly to me and I've not had any complaints. I'm so in love and I literally haven't even moved completely in yet. I don't imagine any issues ever arising. Oh, and there's a billion security guards so we're SAFE. Amenities are top of the line quality. I can't say enough good things about it. **'8 month post move in edit***There's been significant issues... Security, specifically night security, failed his job. There's been full vehicle thefts and several break ins. Other reports of tire slashing. There's other security issues I can't mention publicly. They've never met a deadline they made themselves. My roommate and I only have 1 mail key and we've made several follow ups. Issues with package theft, several reports. There's other issues tenants have experienced and have not been resolved. It all starts with management. Do not move in until you hear of new management."
