"If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay with a very friendly staff and comfortable rooms , this is the hotel for you! I stayed at the Towne place for a couple of days and when I tell you from the front desk who is absolutely amazing and so professional, the young lady who checked me in was so nice ( I don’t remember her name , but she had glasses and a wonderful cheerful smile ) and than in the night I meant the operation Supervisor Hassan , he was the sweetest person to talk too and super friendly and funny , I would stop by after getting off work and saying good night to him. Than I had the pleasure the meet the Front Office Manager Kalesia , she was also so sweet and super friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping was very attentive, room was so clean walking into I felt like I was on vacation. There’s plenty of fast food and restaurants near by and shopping stores that was very convenient. Also I believer her name was Mariana at the front desk she worked in the afternoon and was so kind to accommodate me with a 2pm late check out where I was able to rest before going into work. I will definitely be back and this will be my go to hotel when I’m in town . Definitely a 10/10!!!!! You guys are awesome!"

"When I tell you guys this hotel is AMAZING! Huge shoutout to the front desk for having such amazing customer service and being so attentive and so welcoming . I want to really give a shout to the Operation Supervisor Haasan , he’s so sweet and super funny , every morning leaving for work I’ll stop by to say hello and he always made my morning with a smile , he’s been super helpful , I definitely appreciate him so much we need more good people like him in this world , and the Manager Kalesia ( I hope I spelled that right) if not I’m so sorry! She is also a sweetheart, I remember my door couldn’t open and she assisted me and opened my door with her sweet gentle hands , I guess I was being too rough lol . But I really want to tell her thank you for everything she has done to make my stay memorable. The rooms are super comfortable, thank you housekeeping for having me come back to a clean room after work , the location is super convenient, rooms are spacious . I definitely will be back I didnt want to check out the first time , I love it there . Thank you all for providing amazing customer service."

"As a lifetime Gold Elite member I know Marriott pretty well and this place is on the absolute bottom of the Marriott list of quality. We stayed Sunday Night and then again the next Saturday having already booked it weeks ago. On Saturday we ended up with the accessibility room 205. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom was dark, the shower curtain was mounted too high so water went all over the floor, the kitchen cabinets felt like they were going to fall off the hinges, the couch was very old, and the carpet was gross. Stay away dispute the lower cost. You will regret it. Marriott this place needs to be sold or renovated."

"I would be surprised if the positive reviews are not fraud from a bot. Marriott may want to bump this property manager from its brand group. Sketchy and run down property with poor beds, no hot water (room temperature shower late night and following morning only), remarkably subpar breakfast with mostly empty containers. Feels more like a place where refugees from a disaster would shelter than a decent roadside hotel. Lamp by bed did not work. Etc. Elevator did not work."

"I’d rate it higher if not for the awful odor in the hallways and suite. What a shame as the room itself is comfortable and overall it’s a decent place. And seems ‘ clean ‘ basically. I chose it because of my need for aqua therapy when traveling and good location to airport. But overall, it’s just not for us. Hallways had bags of garbage outside many doors. Breakfast is fairly typical but like the general atmosphere here , a step or two below what we’ve been accustomed to. We’d never stayed in a TownPlace before ; we’ve been long time members of both IHG and Hilton. Edited. : The cleaning crew did address the odor on the hallways and removed the garbage in the hallways. Staff are pleasant overall ( not all are ‘ super friendly’ tho) and access to the pool was easy for my workouts. Breakfast was a disappointment, but adequate in a pinch. On a 100 point scale , I rate this a 74 , which is way better than 3 of 5 but not a 4 out of 5 for sure. Wish they’d use at LEAST a ten point system which would have allowed me to edit my rating to 7. Not sure if we’d stay again. We HAVE enjoyed other Marriott brands like Courtyard by Marriott , Aloft , Springhill Suites , Sheraton ( even before the merger ) and Residence Inn while traveling. This TownPlace Inn is an older facility than we are used to and they have done decent updates . Just not an overall preference for us."
