"I wish I could give this place 10 stars so serious. Alyssa and Iliana in the front office are the absolute best ever! It is in a great location and very affordable!!! The staff (all of them) are very professional and they really go Above and Beyond every time. Ive been here a year and will upgrading and staying a long as I can!!"

"Renters Beware. Absolutely worst experience yet with property management. The most condescending, disrespectful, and dishonest employees running the show here. They will tell you everything you want to hear and over promise to the moon to get you in, but once you're hooked in your lease prepare to be forgotten about and given every excuse in the book as to why you didn't get basic and decent resident service. Property is barely holding together, yet you are charged absolute top dollar. Gate doesn't work, constant trash around property, dogs don't get walked with leashes and poop on sidewalk constantly. That's just the surface."

"They sell you that everything will be renovated after you move in, then never do anything The apartments are full of roaches, the grass hasn't been cut in 5 months, the parking is always full, everything is always dirty, there's no cleaning, everything is old and it's extremely overpriced Then when you try to leave, the wanna charge $4k for you to leave Never rent an apartment here"

"Tuscany Pointe is absolutely fantastic! We've been here for just a week, and we're already enamored with the impeccable cleanliness and the delightful atmosphere of the area. We did come across a few tiny issues, but Alyssa and her team were incredibly prompt in addressing them. It's truly remarkable how she has maintained the same level of enthusiasm from assisting us with the apartment application process to ensuring our stay is wonderful. Frankly, I'm puzzled by any negative feedback – my hunch is that there might have been recent changes in management. All in all, I couldn't have wished for a better experience"

"I just moved here and I have to say the office staff is amazing. I moved from another state and the response and care I got from my leasing agent and the property manager there I was beyond grateful. The property is always well kept, the maintenance team always responds when called. As a mom of two wild boys I am happy, my kids love the bike station and the pool, and their happiness makes me so appreciative of the staff at Tuscany Pointe at Somerset Place. Keep up the good work guys."
