"I applied two months ago to Danielle the office is very racism as soon as they hear your voice black they changed there tone of communication and I applied they automatically denied me lying stating my credit was bad and I had negative item. When I pulled the screening none of the things that stated showed on my credit . I listed 450 from these racism discrimination apartments . If I recall Danielle stated they hate accepting housing section 8 voucher black people like free rides and I took that personal. This location is very much so racism If there anyone who applied through section 8 and they lie and take your money please leave reviews please come forward"

"Living at Mizner Court Apartment has been an absolute pleasure. The convince of shuttle to Tri Rail has also been a huge plus. Beyond just location, the community offers amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The community staff is quite friendly & welcoming specifically Isabel has been a shining example of exceptional customer service. Her ability to promptly address any concern or issue is really commendable. Mizner Court apartment offers perfect blend of comfort & convenience."

"This place is great! We just moved in and the staff actually care about their tenants and this community. The leasing office team helped me when I thought I was out of options for housing. They worked with me throughout the process and did not give up. They are the best of the best!! Also, maintenance is on top of everything. I had some move in issues and it was taken care of the next day! I’ve never lived at a place with staff so caring and I’ve lived in many apartments and moved around a lot in different states. They are by far top tier."

"I enjoyed living in Mizner Court for the 10 years I was there. I loved my location in building 4, it was quiet and peaceful. Loved my sunset view from the patio too! Over all my experience was positive living there. Maintenance issues were always diligently handled. Property was kept well and clean. My only cons were the unattainable rent increases over the past couple years. Also the up charge there would be on top of the rent increase if I wanted to change my units carpet to laminate wood. For those reasons I had to move ☹️."

"My experience with Mizner Court has been excellent from the start. I just moved in a few days ago from living in East Boca and the community is very peaceful and well kept. There is more of a positive vibe tranquil environment here. Amy has been very attentive and continues to be so helpful with all of our questions and any concerns we may have. She’s always willing to help and we appreciate that. Linda, Francisco, and Danielle are also wonderful. It is true what the other reviews say about the maintenance team. They are very good here and don’t take long at all to get to you and fix any needs or issues you have. We hope to be long term tenants here and appreciate everyone’s hard work to maintain the property. Thank you, Mayra"
