"I've had a fantastic experience at this apartment community. The staff is incredibly helpful Kari and the team do an amazing job at providing top notch customer service, the location is convenient, and the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to call home!"
"This place is full of college kids and honesty most of them don’t care about anything including basic rules. They leave the gym trashed, speed through the parking lots and have zero regard for little kids that play outside. Of course the property owner can’t refuse to rent to them but I’d be very careful moving in here. The overall property is poorly maintained, and it could be such a beautiful place to live but they don’t put any money into the property so things are so outdated. Amenities such as the hot tub hasn’t worked since I’ve moved in and I don’t think they even care to fix it. It’s affordable compared to most places around the area but my opinion the worst part is the college kids speeding, throwing party’s and being loud past 10pm. If you can put up with that then by all means this place will be great for you."
"The unit I'm in is nice, but once you sign a lease, management doesn't care about your concerns. I've had major issues with a very loud upstairs neighbor; this isn't regular "living in close proximity with neighbors" noise, which I'm used to. This noise is excessive -- stomping, banging, thumping, etc. -- and is every day, all hours of the day and night. After asking my neighbor to please think about people downstairs from her and getting a rude response, I messaged the office twice. Luckily for me I guess, I ran into the property manager in the mailroom, since no one responded to my messages. The manager actually came to my apartment, heard how excessive the noise was, and told me she'd call the neighbor. She told me to follow up with her the next day. I followed up by calling the office and left a message, and she never returned my calls. I've had to stay out of my own apartment that I pay rent for, to get a decent night's sleep. If nothing is done about upstairs, I'll have to move, but it's not right that I should have to do this and break my lease. I would never recommend this complex to anyone just based on management."
"I have lived here for 2 months. I have nothing but PRAISE for this community!! Our apartment was wonderful and very clean on move in. The office is one of the most friendly and caring that I have ever experienced. For us the community is very quiet. The only noise I would say is the heavy walker that lives above us, but this is apartment living. Then the location is primo! So close to everything. I really feel at HOME!!!"
"The apartment I rented is very nice and the staff are friendly. My concern is that, like other multifamily "investment companies", the managing group TitanCorp is in it only for the profit. There will be no "upgrades" and overall maintenance of the general location leaves much to be desired. A walk around the lake and most of the light fixtures are broken (safety issue). The lake fountains don't work (this can lead to noxious algal blooms). The gates never close, thus this is not a gated community. Many of the key-card entry sites are broken. One building has a 30 foot downspout dangling perilously over a walkway. The children's playground does not have the required level of mulch for safety. The rent is quite high for the level of maintenance that is provided. I am happy with my apartment, but the general picture is of a multifamily residence complex that is in decline. I hope they can reverse this."
