Best part is if your toilet overflows like mine on the weekend your out of luck because they only work weekdays. But hey it's only a 1,000.00 to live in the projects, if anyone reads this and can assist on what to do please leave a comment"

"Management is constantly changing. The current lady in the office is very rude and condescending. Only a few maintenance men if not 1. I also know of a couple people that live here that hasn't had AC in a very long time. Refuses to deduct rent or provide portable ACs until they are fixed. The roof is tore up. Rodents in the roof. Constant leaks when it rains. Because of that there's water damage in the walls. They are also raising rent for things that aren't even provided. Take my word. DONT DO IT!!!"

"ONE OF THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEXES IN DUVAL. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY DON’T FIX NOTHING, THE MANAGEMENT ALWAYS GETTING NEW CREW THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. PRETTY SURE THERE’S BLACK MOLD COMING OUT OF MY VENTS AND THAT’S WHY I’VE BEEN SICK. NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN AND REMODELED OR SOMETHING"

"I am giving 5 stars because I lived here 3years .Things work the apartment was nice. When I left it in fare shape for 3 years. I was given all my deposit back.The neightborhood is bad but thats obvious driving by in daylight even.I dont feel this is the owners fault you know going in.So if you pay your rent and dont tear it up and are ok with keeping to yourself .This is a good afordable place."
