"For what I needed it for, it's perfect. I can't complain. Tile floors for the bathroom, hardwood floors for the room, a working refrigerator and a microwave. The walls and doors show wear and tear as does the furniture. But I wasn't looking for a fancy resort. Just a clean place to spend the night. And for that it is just perfect! It's very clean! The front desk clerk was a very sweet young lady. Very accommodating."

"I was really happy with this hotel . Especially after staying in nicer and not so nicer hotels here and there . But this was a nice happy medium . The sheets are SO SOFT . The water gets nice and hot . I personally was not to happy that other guests don't seem to be considerate when talking loud outside someone's door or playing loud bumping music pulling into the parking lot or revving their engine at 1am . Housekeeping is ok I appreciate them being consistent but I don't like how early they knock on my door , then when I tell them come back later around noon they come back an hr later. Or when one of them keeps insisting or asking about my trash and towels ,not seeming to understand me when I tell them no ,come back at noon or later . The front desk workers are helpful, some more friendly and nice than others . Overall I really like this hotel . I enjoy how well lit it is . I enjoy the laundry on site and the deadbolts and locks on the doors and really enjoy that they have a nice decent sized mini fridge and microwave .I also found you can become a loyalty member and get discounts which I Also enjoy the rewards points from that, and getting a nice room a little cheaper than normal. Over I like and would recommend staying here ."

"Did reservation online. No mention of extra charges. At check in I was told I had to leave $100 deposit for amenities It was a total gotcha move, if I didn’t agree to the amenities hold on my card, I would not have a room that night after driving four hours When I got to the room I discovered there were zero amenities, not even coffee or a phone to call the front desk. The toilet tank supply water was shut off and the shower backed up immediately when used also, the pillows were rock hard. Definitely will not stay here again."

"These people are rude. No type of customer service. Roaches in room. No one speaks English. Bathrooms so small with no ventilation that the whole bathroom is wet after a 2 minute shower. Find somewhere else. TERRIBLE unprofessional manager needs to be fired ASAP. Management just walked into our room for the hell of it apparently to see who was in the room. Never in my life have I experienced this in a hotel."
