"Digital keys not working, internet down the entire stay, soap from previous guest left in the shower ... just a disaster, start to finish. Stayed here because nearby Hilton was full and realized Mariott just isn't the same, like I anticipated. The no internet thing crushed me for work and work is the whole reason I came."

"A wonderful stay on our way to Florida. The suite was roomy, very clean with comfortable furniture. Kendra and Stephen were very accommodating and personable. The breakfast was plentiful and the best part it was free. This Fairfield is also close to "Mr. Chubby's Wings" which is one of our favorite sports bars and it's handy to I-10. We always stay at this Marriott each year and it only gets better each time."

"My family and I had to evacuate due to the hurricane threatening the Air Force Base in Tampa. After traveling for hours, the service we received both over the phone, and in person was commensurate with a five-star stay. We first dealt with ReRe White. Her flexibility, professionalism, and overwhelming sense of making us feel comfortable is something that I will never forget. The next morning, we were blown away with Carlton's assistance, as we needed some help that was outside of what a "normal" Hotel stay would incur. At the same time, we met the general manager, Lynn Branscome. After our talk, hearing about the years she had spent with her staff and how much they all loved the Marriott Vision, it cements the fact that Marriott WILL be our families choice hotel brand for years to come. The facility is incredible, has every amenity that you would need, and has Complimentary breakfast. Not only is it included in the stay, it was delicious, rotating every day."

"Title: Exceptional Location and Comfortable Beds I recently stayed at this hotel while passing by on my way home and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect and easy to access. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep. However, I did notice a slight smell in my room, possibly from the AC. Nonetheless, the friendly staff made up for it with their exceptional service. The breakfast offered at the hotel was one of the best setups I have seen in a hotel. The variety and quality of the food were truly impressive. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through."
