"We reserved and payed for 2 rooms, one being a 2 queen suite, a month or more in advance. When we arrived the regular queen was ready and our suite was dirty both on the third floor. The guy at the front desk tried to find us a new room in which he found 2 on the 4th floor to make up for our 1 room. Ok. Well when we arrived to the rooms one of them was still dirty. We let front desk know and, after talking to the manager, they advised us of 2 rooms on the 1st floor, one of which is a king room, and the other a king suite. The catch was that we had to out pocket another $100 for the two room. But that was only for one night, we needed it for 2. So they advised us that they could clean a family suite in the morning but we would have to pay half of the nightly rate for this room. They advised us to talk to the front desk in the morning if we wanted to do that. So next day we go to talk to the front desk, we are going to the zoo and leaving by 9 am, they can't have the room clean before 10. So we advised them we would just stay in the rooms we have. In all of this we are charged an additional $168 for the second night of our room. Which we were not advised about, we only noticed when we check our bank account. At this point we were charged $319 originally for our suite then $100 because our suite wasn't clean and then $168 for the second night in the two rooms we were put in. For a total of $587. We were so frustrated. We let the front desk know they charged us again they advised us that for our troubles they wouldn't charge for the secound night, so the second night was free..... but it wasn't free we paid $319 for our original suite and $100 extra for the 2 king rooms... and my family was split in two rooms, that were not side by side or conjoined but they were close together. We found out they over booked and we were not the only ones having this issue. Not to mention when we got in the rooms one room didn't have trash cans and the air conditioner in the 'living room' area didn't work. After everything was said and done I was not happy with our stay. Hopefully they will learn from this weekend and not let it happen again."

"Worst motel one could stay at. Update from previous stay. Not much better. If my company didn’t have a contract with this place I wouldn’t be here. Arrived at 0710 and got in a room at 0815. Excuse was no maids and no clean rooms. Television not working properly. Front desk says no one to fix it and no rooms available for me to move to. Also noticed from previous stay when I was lucky enough to have a working TV, no HBO. What??? Even the cheapest motels have movie channels. I don’t get it."

"The desk manager was never there from when I arrived at 7 PM, left for dinner, and came back. After 10 minutes of waiting when I arrived, I had to call the hotel and let it ring one minute for her to come out and answer it. The hotel is badly in need of renovation and repair. This is an $80 hotel not a $160 hotel"

"The customer service is excellent. I called about getting a bill adjusted for government rate and the person helping me was very easy to work with and adjusted my bill in a matter of seconds and send the new bill immediately. This makes me happy! The hotel itself is OK. It is clean and the location is great. There is only 1 elevator and it is slow. The breakfast is mediocre. However, the price was a great value I did enjoy my stay and would probably stay here again."

"Clean, fragrant, friendly! Both evening and morning front desk ladies were kind and friendly. Hot breakfast choices were hotel standard. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. I would stop here again."
