"Once a month I get my air/heat filter changed. North Beach makes it so easy. All you do is put in a maintenance request on the resident portal and in no time they take care of it. Every maintenance person is always so nice when the come to do anything and they never come in your home unless you give permission. I think that is great."

"North Beach on Kernan is a well maintained and managed apartment community. Great location in JAX, nice gym, wonderful pool, outdoor area. The leasing experience was easy, Mila is great to work with. A few items I needed help with, the apartment mgr and the maintenance teams both prompt in their responses and follow-up. The remodeled units are very nice, the walking path with pond in middle of community is frequented by many residents. Overall this community is very nice, make sure to check out North Beach on Kernan."
