"My apartment is nice but I don't feel safe here My car was broken into two weeks ago on their property so I let the lady know at the office also I called corporate the lady at the office told me that she was sorry there's wasn't anything that they could do there's never anyone in the office maintenance sucks my filter has not been changed since I've been in my apartment and I've been here a year You got to pay for exterminator to come in and spray which I think is crazy they don't have cameras up around the apartments The pool hasn't been open since I've been here they need to do better what they communication cuz I feel that we not getting it"

"If I could give this place a 0 I would.. this place is exactly what everyone is saying. To topnitnoff, the management don't care and you can never get ahold.of anyone. I lived her for 6 years between a 1 bed and 2 bed and ut only got worse. When I left it was during a hurricane and I turned in my keys as soon as the office was open. They took money from me out of my deposit because of it. I explained to April in the office that I wasn't able to give anyone my keys because the office was closed DUE TO A HURRICAINE. She didn't care nor did she pass it on. I hope the pics I sent to the news get something done. This place is not only a horrible place to live but they are robbing people of money... I'm glad I moved. Stay away from here and all resprop properties..."

"Majorly disappointed in this place, Iv been living here for a few months and Iv wanted to write a review once I left this place but oh well. When I first moved in here the floors where absolutely dirty covered in dirt. The drains in the shower and toilet get clogged and won’t drain. Trashy laundry room. Trash everywhere outside they do not clean up, leaf’s and sticks all over the sidewalks they do not rake or brush it off. The play ground is poorly kept up it looks rusted and dangerous. And the service here is not the best. Grass is not kept up here. the price here does not justify it I pay 1,125$ a month and I fine that way to much for this place. The only, only good thing about this place is the people who live here they are good people and very nice. But upkeeping and service here are the absolute worst"

"This place is a joke my bathroom sink has been leaking since the day I moved in and they said they will get me a new sink. Three months later they come put the new sink in and don’t hook up the hot water line up and when you turn on the water it just pours under the sink. The Could have left a note saying what he did while in my apartment so I know the sink wasn’t working properly. He come the next day while I’m at work and puts the line on and didn’t test it so I come home from work and there is water leaking all in my bathroom and out the corner of the wall to the hallway. I call in a emergency work order and was told to put something under the leak and if not that night the next morning someone would be out to fix it here it’s day 3 and no one has yet to come see what the problem is. When I call the office no one ever answers the phone no ever. Hate to call this place my home."
