"This is an awesome complex in a good area. The local shopping and restaurants are great. The front office staff, specifically MaTaya is always polite and quick to respond. I appreciate them taking the time to communicate and keep residents informed. The maintenance team responds within 24 hrs, if not the same day. Omar is honest, reliable, respectful and doesn't cut corners. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place in a great area."

"This complex is a good place to live in, first of all, the leasing office employees are very helpful, friendly, and polite people, I had a problem with my maintenance once, and they respond immediately on the same day. the second thing is safety, I lived here for 9 months and I will renew my leasing contract, I didn't have any safety problems neither me nor any of my neighbors. the only thing is that the apartments are a little old, but it's not an issue at all. the place is a great place to stay in especially for a family."

"My husband and I lived here for 2 years before we bought a house and moved out. It was a great place to live. Quiet, well taken care of and maintenance was helpful. Management was polite also. We are picky with where we live because we don't like dirty places with rude weird people. The neighbors were quiet. I do have to say when we moved in the bathroom was dirty even though I asked them to make sure it was all clean and the gym was not very attractive, kind of small. The floor plans are THE BEST!!!, very hard to find apartments with good dynamic floor plans where you don't feel like you're in a cage. We are actually considering moving back to Cypress Cove soon after we sell our house if we get a good deal on renting there again."
