"It’s been two weeks since J.E Holland sent what they call their “contractor” out to the property to do work at 7 am on a tuesday to tear off the siding of the house with 0 notice to any of the tenants.. We all just wake up to people banging on the side of the house and busting off all siding… Turns out the contractor did the wrong side of the house!! Now we have been sitting in a fully exposed home that faces the ocean with no responses or plans to get it fixed.. The houses all need major repairs and J.E Holland website might look like a nice and professional company, but they are far from it.. They spend more time arguing with tenants and trying to control them rather than running a business that their tenants can feel comfortable in.. I sincerely hope they get it figured out because they are making a lot of peoples lives miserable.."

"Since I moved here Lillian and the owner have been nothing but gracious to me. When I say the area I've moved too in 2019-current is quiet and neighbors that are protective over each other i love it.. They make sure all my needs are met I'm really happy I chose two rent from them. Give another update before my lease is up."

"Our stay at the beach house was absolutely amazing. The company couldn’t have been easier to work with and at such a fair price! Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, clean, beautiful hardwood floors...I could go on and on! But who wants to spend time inside when there is a HUGE balcony deck with a hammock calling your name? Or better yet, just walk over the dunes on your own private path and sit in one of the provided beach lounge chairs and put your feet in the water. 5 stars because there aren’t 6 available to give :-) We will definitely return."
