RISE Bartram Park

"I must say, I have had a wonderful experience from start to move-in with RISE Bartram. When I wasn't able to drive down to Jacksonville, FL to view and tour apartments RISE  Bartram made it possible to do a video tour, Peter did an awesome job touring the apartments and community via Facetime. Out of the 12 communities I had planned to physically drive from Texas to Jacksonville, FL I must say he went above and beyond. I had not even thought any further because I knew it was home because he said, 'Yes' to video the Facetime tour. Thereafter, I applied and was approved for my new home. Naketra has been so helpful during the process even when life got in the mix for me. Her utmost customer excellence and above-and-beyond care made it feel like home already. I finally moved in a week and a half ago, it has been so quiet here and new neighbors are welcoming. I felt so welcomed to the community! Thank you to the maintenance gentleman for setting up my internet on move-in and through, very much excited. All the staff love what they do here with heartwarming customer service. The community is so beautiful & in a great luscious green area and close to shopping. Recommend RISE Bartram! KEEP IT UP!"

"This review is an honest and true spoken one not prompted by a reduced or incentivized by a reduced application fee. Moving into an apartment until our house is built. We looked at many and they are way over price for what you get. Based on Safety and Security and Cost the Rise was our best option. We are short term renters so we have no incentives. The Apartments are new and the entrance is a challenge with traffic since theres no traffic signal at times during the day. The units are the same as other apartments but without carpet (Awesome). The Agent of choice is Peter and the reason we moved here and he was 98% better than the alternative management. The IT and online application and other items that need to be completes was a disaster, they really need to get help ( Being kind here). The unit we selected was new and had just been cleaned (Not within my standards). On our inital acceptance walk through we noticed the following: Doors without door stops that damage the walls, Towel Holder in the center of the shower wall (Destroy Glass Shower Door), Loose Toilet Holder, Broken Blind, and Patio walls damaged (Of you cant use Patio as a entrance). Must not forget the roach that Peter eliminated. Lastly the dryer handle was scratched (new- Never used). In perspective someone, not Peter fail to make sure it was right before turnover. In reflection it was as expected and mostly expected with a few other comments, the Property Management is non flexible and abrasive and you really need to watch the financial math (Numbers). It was after all a good choice for short term rental. If there more to the story it will get posted. Jan 2 2024 - The issues have been 90% resolved and what a great maintenance manager, even Peter continues to be great."
