They will not communicate with you other than to chase money and even then they won't if it subverts your right to your deposit back. Do not do business with them."

Then they tried to charge me a ridiculous amount of money for replacing items that were approaching 30 years old that I already fixed or mended several times without calling them because I'm low maintenance. What do I get for my loyalty and being an easy tenant: a $3000 bill and being talked to like a child by this office. Do not rent from them or anyone who uses them."
