We needed to relocate and have a downstairs apartment due to health issues and management worked with us so that we were able to move in with no delays. "The email I sent to the associates. This situation feels completely dishonest. “I am sending this email to express my disappointment in the processes of your rate increases regarding the monthly rent. When I attempted to have a verbal conversation regarding my concerns, I didn’t really get a straight answer. Just that prices will change just like airline prices. Later, after speaking with Sarah, she explained that even though it states that the quote price is guaranteed., The rates can increase by a few dollars a day. However, when she gave me the price, it was more than a couple of dollars a day increase. The pricing was quoted at $1117 for the base rent. She attempted to explain to me that the rates only went up 3 to 5 dollars a day but then quoted me a price of $1208. None of the prices listed on the website change within a couple of days. Also, none of the prices changed as drastically as this particular apartment-1809. I am very disappointed, as I was very excited about this experience. This would have been my first rental experience as an adult. And I’m really disappointed at how I was misled in regard to this particular situation. If this is a standard of how things work. I really think this should be looked into. Because it’s untruthful to Claim that within a two day time difference that a price could change by $91, Especially when your website indicates changes differently. Under no circumstance was anyone rude or mean to me. I do believe my encounter was very warm and welcoming. However, when an individual is working with a budget and they are going off of a pricing system that you provide, It is disappointing to be told something completely opposite after a application submission. For a price to jump from $1117 to $1208, is a high-level of manipulation and an attempt to take advantage of someone that has already applied and paid for an application.”"
