"I have lived here for over a year in building 12 and this is a great property. Everyone and I mean everyone in the office is amazing. Normally Destiny helps me however I had times where others in the office had to help me and they went above and beyond. They’re always polite and nice can’t think of a moment they was the opposite. The property is quiet 24/7. It’s a very safe neighborhood/complex. Across the street you have an amazing park which I walk to from time to time. Maintenance is also great. Never waited over 2 hours from the initial moment I called for an issue to be repaired. They are also courteous and professional. Overall this is a great apartment complex. Which is the reason why I renewed."

"cannot day enuff abt this beautiful clean spacious property far beyond exceeding the average apt community w the coolest park ever including baseball fields a track basketball courts large open fields for pic nice bbq’s etc a cool skate park directly across & adjacent to the apartments I couldn’t ask for a better place to live not to mention the very nice professional accommodating & beautiful Ms Jennelle & Ms Destiny who r both very pleasant to deal with both very deserving of a raise………….. What an awesome place to live"

"Not worth staying long term. Overpriced to the moon and they do not maintain the units. They refuse to service AC until it breaks in the hottest times of the year. Infested with wasp nests everywhere despite paying monthly for pest control. They force you to get “security deposit insurance” If you can’t pay the astronomical deposits. They try to force you to use another subscription service to have your pets there because keeping their own records is too difficult, I guess. The website is a known scam. The trash service we all pay for rarely comes, and never when they’re supposed to. Dumpster divers here regularly. The office will be wonderful to you until you move in, then they can’t be bothered. New renter asking price has gone up hundreds in less than two years for the same units. Greedy management company. I recommend you stay far away. You could be treated just as poorly for less money."

"Very Clean, well presentable unit inside. The office staff are very friendly and attentive to complaints or request. Nice quiet neighborhood at night. Day time busy sometimes and noisy but you will get used to it. Safe environment. Maintenance are quick to respond."
