"I came to Jacksonville a patient, and found a home. Residing at Third and Main has been more then I could have anticipated. Having never been to Florida, I found comfort in the detailed reference guide that included local attractions. It provided everything you needed to make the adjustment from home, to temporary housing, seamless. The furniture that was included in my unit was high-end Thomasville, and the entire apartment was thoughtful in its design and inclusivity. THE STAFF MAKES IT. I've only briefly encountered their maintenance and service staff, but they are probably the most helpful people ever. The manager Sheri takes the cake in efficiency and positivity. Her positivity is infectious, bubbly and fun, and you can't help but to immediately feel at home as soon as you're in her presence. She is also incredibly professional, direct, knowledgeable, and always busy cleaning, or tidying, or doing something for the property. I think Sherri began sometime after I got here (in October) and since then our mail area has never been so immaculate, the property itself is very peaceful, and there has been no "riff-raff". Let include that this was never really an issue -- but we don't see nearly as much public foot traffic through the lot as we used to. Even the garbage enclosure is kept decent (for rubbish). Part of what makes this place great is how much this property means to its employees and it shows. This part of Jacksonville (Springfield) itself is up and coming and centrally located just north of downtown. There are amazing shops and restaurants just up the street, and with downtown and St. John being just a couple of miles away there are endless things to do. Even if you just want a quiet evening walk around the neighborhood, the old architecture will suck you in. If you have an opportunity to find this place on AirBnb I highly recommend. If you are a patient coming into town for treatment, THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY BUILT WITH YOU IN THEIR HEARTS."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was so clean and well kept; you can really tell that the workers care about their job and the people staying here. I was also really impressed by everything they provided in the kitchen (I am big on cooking). On nights we didn't cook, there were several great places we could walk over to."

"Great prices! It's for folks getting treatment at Proton Imaging, a chemo therapy business. They also take folks who come for the Mayo. Pets are allowed, and they are flexible with long term stays. A quaint restaurant is attached to the building. The building is beautiful. The only downside is the neighborhood. The neighborhood is rough, but the complex is gated, including the parking area. A smart choice for long term patient stays."
