"I love living here! There is so much storage!!! My Ac works perfectly unlike my last place, I love the view of the pond from my patio the pool has the cutest fountain and has new patio furniture and room for a small party . I love sitting by the pond with the bond fire my dog loves the park and all his new friends. Rent is cheap!!! And the office staff Kaitlynn Kyrstal and Pasha awe so nice and communication is the best ! I never have to wait for maintance they come as soon as I call even for petty stuff like needing some paint the holes I made hanging pictures."

"Been living here for a year and I like it here. *update not bad apartments just not worth the money. The reviews that talk about the a/c and poor ventilation are spot on cause those are the main reasons that I ended my lease early after 2 years and left. Well, that and the fact that people were leaving their clothes in the community washers and dryers for days at a time, just completely inconsiderate of other residents that need to do laundry. But other than that I can definitely say staff and maintenance are really nice and helpful."

"The staff are very friendly and thorough. They have been very helpful to this mom of 2 with regards to the rental process. I haven't moved in 6 years and although the process overall is not fun, they did (all that they could to assist!!.) It means a lot when you can tell that the staff actually care about the their applicants and you are not just another number."

"Upon Applying, I was happy to be greeted by office employee Mara, her boss (Jen) was just in the back room. Seemed like well put together ladies! I was given a packet to fill out, but was told to come back into the office tomorrow to hand it in(which was odd) so I kinda sorta snuck off to the side while Mara went for a tour with another family. Jen( The Rental Property manager) did NOT know that I was still in the lobby filling out my application form. As she took a phone call in the back room it started out smooth then quickly turned hectic. There was a caller complaint about roaches not being exterminated and he must’ve ticked her off since the the phone receiver went slamming. I understand a tenant being hostile and you trying to get away from the call but It’s what she said after hanging up the phone that struck me to get up and walk out without completing a thing! She goes “ well it’s not me that has to live with the roaches every night , should’ve picked a cleaner complex to live in” …… and that my friends is where I decided to discard this complex from my list!!! If I had a pic of her I’d post it for you all to see! PS new management was better! My girlfriend stayed here for three years she moved out last September ! Idk when this manager got here but she is NOT the one for the job… great potential to be nice a home though! Get better management!"

"I moved to this place June 2020. I loved the apartment. We saw all the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom painted white excessively. Bathroom floor was not perfect but we overlook those “details” and decided to give it a try. First I was in love with the place, no noisy neighbors and place its calm. I’m asthmatic and I stared feeling out of breath and getting lots of allergies and sinus congestion. At first I started taking antihistamine EVERY DAY and I felt some improvement (thought it was due to polen). After a couple pf months I was feeling out of breath at work(delivery driver) in a route I was comfortable doing. All that started building up until I started to get asthma attacks daily and was on rescue inhaler, steroids and maintenance inhaler(every 4 hours) just to feel OK. After that everything went downhill, I visited ER room in this past 2 years more than anytime in my live. Asthma uncontrollably even with strong medications. After that I started getting infections and Doctor asked me if I was living on and old apartment( that was my warning there) and told me that might be a flare up. By the start of 2022 my 2 kids are showing breathing difficulties and when I take them to the doctor(they confirmed it’s asthma). My little one was so bad he was rushed to ER and they took him in less than 30sec after arriving. In my 32 years I had been to ER probably 9 times and 6 of those while staying at Park South. Everything you see painted in white it’s covering mold, the doors are nasty. As soon as you enter the apartment you can tell the MOLDY SMELL. This apartments have potential to be a nice place for you to live but when administration don’t take care APPROPRIATELY OF UNITS, and just want to make them “nice enough to charge more and hide real problems” they couldn’t even fix my bathtub right, when they did after 3 weeks was uglier than before. I called for the vents to be replaced because they were rusty and they just came with white spray paint and spray the problem away. If you want to become sick(breathing problem) if you want your car to be break in. You want to be in a place when they don’t even change the toilet since that apartment was build, this is the right place for you. Be aware of those “Newly remodeled” with $600 off because it’s the same moldy place, old ac unit(which consumes a lot) and lots of white paint. Save yourself some headache and look elsewhere. For the price here Nothing it’s worthy. And I have LOTS of extra documentation just shared a few. This Park South needs a NORTH!!! Apparently they’re trying to hide this review"
